Product Sales Manager-TRANSACTION BANKING-GTS Cash
As a Product Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote our cash management solutions to clients. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact on the bank's success.- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and target potential clients for cash management services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with product development teams to enhance cash management offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
- Train and mentor junior sales team members.
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the bank.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Knowledge of cash management products and services is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel for business purposes.
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
