Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and project contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and middleware technologies related to SAP environments.
- Experience in managing cloud-based integration solutions and understanding of enterprise architecture principles.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions within SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple project streams simultaneously.

- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
