In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, while proactively addressing any challenges that may arise to ensure successful project execution and service delivery.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to report progress and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and sharing knowledge to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automation Anywhere.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Python (Programming Language).
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks and their application in business process optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and identify opportunities for automation.
- Experience in monitoring and controlling service level agreements within project environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies to support delivery and reporting.
