Summary:
In the role of Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This includes utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The role requires continuous coordination and communication with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines, ensuring smooth execution and successful completion of assigned responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among cross-functional teams to promote transparency and efficiency.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful business insights.
- Experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
- Ability to work with complex data sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize reporting solutions.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
