Overview

As a Project Coordinator within our Global Capability Center, you will play a vital role in supporting the planning, delivery, and tracking of initiatives that drive value for our organization. Your role will ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and with desired quality. You will collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless project execution.

Responsibilities

  • •Assist in Planning: Support the development of project plans and schedules that align with GCC & organizational goals
  • •Project Monitoring and Delivery: Track progress and performance of projects using project management tools, identifying any deviations and recommending corrective actions
  • •Coordination of Meetings: Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items
  • •Documentation Management: Maintain detailed project records, ensuring all documentation is organized, up-to-date, and accessible
  • •Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across various departments to ensure alignment and effective integration of project components
  • •Risk Identification: Support risk management processes by helping identify potential issues and participating in brainstorming solutions
  • •Communication Support: Ensure ongoing communication among all project stakeholders to facilitate transparency and understanding
  • •Reporting: Prepare and present regular project updates for leadership and stakeholders to drive informed decision-making

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field - Required
  • 1 year of experience in project planning, delivering, and tracking initiatives, ideally within a Global Capability Center or multinational organization.
  • • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying information effectively across different levels • Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project • Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Nice To Have: • Experience working with or within a US-based customer base. • Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall. • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification. • Exposure to technology-driven projects Work Time: • Flexibility to work with U.S. business hours, including occasional late evening meetings as required. • Willingness to adapt to urgent project needs outside of regular business hours when necessary
