Job Description Summary

The Project Lead will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of hospitality projects under the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) mandate. The role requires strong coordination across design, procurement, construction, and pre-opening activities, ensuring adherence to brand standards, quality, budget, timelines, and statutory requirements.

About the Role:

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of hospitality projects (hotels, resorts, mixed-use hospitality).
• Manage overall project schedules, milestones, and coordination with operators, designers, and consultants.
• Act as the primary interface with clients, hotel operators, brand representatives, and stakeholders.
• Oversee budgets, cost controls, cash flows, variations, and commercial risk management.
• Coordinate architectural, interiors, MEP, kitchen, laundry, and specialist hospitality consultants.
• Ensure compliance with hotel brand standards, mock-ups, sample rooms, and approvals.
• Monitor site execution, quality, safety, and progress in line with approved drawings and specifications.
• Lead snagging, commissioning, testing, and handover aligned with pre-opening timelines.
• Manage risks, changes, and claims to protect project objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage multidisciplinary PMC and site teams.

About You:

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Deep understanding of hospitality design, construction, and brand compliance
• Expertise in coordination of interiors, FF&E, OS&E, and specialist systems
• Commercial acumen and risk management capability
• Ability to work under tight timelines linked to hotel opening dates

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
• 15–18 years of experience with at least 5 years in hospitality PMC projects
• Proven experience delivering branded hotels or luxury hospitality developments
