Proactively manage scope, dependencies, risks, and issues—including partner and vendor contributions—developing and executing mitigation plans that protect value, timelines, and quality.
Coordinate onshore/offshore resources across multiple geographies, aligning backlog, capacity, and release plans with Professional Services priorities
Collaborate with Professional Services and Product teams to adopt new AI-enabled methods and automation that streamline delivery and deploy AI capabilities across Guidewire-led and partner-led projects.
Manage commercial aspects of your projects, including forecasting, tracking financials and costs, and ensuring profitable, sustainable delivery that supports PS revenue, bookings growth, and margin targets.
