JOB DESCRIPTION:-
- Candidate should be willing to work flexible shift timings.
- Should have experience working with Global clients.
- Should be involved into Infrastructure Delivery Management activities for past 1 year.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- ITIL certification preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Metric/ SLA Reporting
- Participate in weekly/ monthly operations/project meetings
- Managing Resource Assignation
- Handling applications for operation/project management
- Conduct SLA reviews with Track Leads
- Highlight GAPS in compliance
- Manpower/Resource Management/Reporting
- Update GTT
- Roster Management
- Working along with the SDM/Managers in handling operations/projects
- Act as spoc for communicating and managing relations with support departments
