Senior QA Analyst - AI-Augmented Test Automation for CRM

We are seeking an AI-Augmented Test Engineer with strong experience in test automation for CRM applications and hands-on exposure to AI-driven testing approaches. The ideal candidate has an automation-first mindset and is enthusiastic about leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) and machine learning to improve test coverage, reduce maintenance, and accelerate feedback within CI/CD pipelines.
You will collaborate closely with development, product, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases through intelligent, scalable, and resilient test automation

 

ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities: 

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for CRM applications (UI, API, and integration layers).
• Leverage AI/GenAI tools to generate and optimize test cases, improve test coverage, and enhance test documentation.
• Implement and maintain self-healing automation scripts using AI-assisted techniques.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, establishing early quality gates and supporting shift-left testing.
• Perform API testing and validation of backend services.
• Use AI-powered reporting and observability tools to analyze test failures, identify flaky tests, and distinguish environment issues from genuine defects.
• Work within Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and standards.

Skills & Qualifications: 
Required: 

• 6+ years of experience in software testing and QA automation with a strong automation-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium (experience with other modern frameworks is a plus).
• Experience leveraging AI-based tools to build, maintain, and execute automated test suites.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
• Proficiency in API testing concepts and methodologies.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Prompt engineering skills, with the ability to craft effective prompts for AI-assisted test planning, generation, and documentation.
• Hands on experience in Automation tools like selenium , cucumber , behave 
• Hands on experience in programming language like python

Nice to Have: 

• Hands-on experience testing Siebel CRM or other enterprise CRM platforms.
• Exposure to predictive defect analysis or ML-based quality insights.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of test data management and environment coordination in complex enterprise systems.

Education: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
