Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications to understand the requirements and functionality of the software.

• Develop effective strategies and test plans for both manual and automated testing.

• Execute test cases, both manual and automated, and analyze the results to identify any bugs or issues.

• Evaluate product code according to specifications and provide feedback to the development team.

• Create logs to document testing phases and defects, and report them to the development team for resolution.

• Help troubleshoot issues and provide support to the development team during the testing and debugging process.

• Conduct post-release and post-implementation testing to ensure the software is functioning correctly.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including developers and project managers, to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Cross browser testing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role, with at least 4 years of experience.

• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and best practices.

• Experience in manual and automated testing, with a focus on creating test plans and executing test cases.

• Candidate should also have experience with automation testing and be familiar with tools such as Selenium

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.

• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors and issues.

• Working knowledge of test management software, such as qTest or Zephyr, and SQL.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
