Your key responsibilities
- Test Execution and Test creation for Actimize IFM use cases
- Develop and extend in-house testing automation tools and test frameworks
- Develop QA Processes and Procedures
- Identify Bugs and Issues, Maintain Documentation
- Coordinate Bug Fixes with Development Teams
- Perform functional, regression, integration, load and stress testing
- Plan and implement full set of test automation activities: create, maintain and execute automated tests
- Maintain test environments
- Working in a global environment with distributed delivery teams developing micro services to meet the functionalities required by the business
- Participate in full development cycle
- Work with BAs and Developers on functional and non-functional requirements
- Collaborate with other teams to build systems and integrate them together
- Collaborate with architects and engineering community to help define an architectural roadmap and individual solution designs that fit within that roadmap
- Structure the delivery of program elements into epics and user stories, and facilitate integration between various teams output for production releases, with support from BA, Architects, and Scrum Masters / Product Owners
- Participate with development teams in release management and process improvement
Your skills and experience
- Hands on experience with testing Actimize IFM, Actimize AIS, Actimize ActOne
- UI web front end automation tools testing experience
- Hands on Experience in REST API testing tools, Gherkin/Cucumber, CI/CD tools integrations
- Experience with dev platforms such as BitBucket/GitHub, Artifactory
- Cloud Environments: GCP preferably
- Strong technical vision and hands on experience in software development and test automation, including BDD and TDD
- Automate test cases and maintain automation framework
- Proven experience of delivering results in matrixed organizations under pressure and tight timescales
- Test issues and risks management
- Prior experience working with Scrum practices and Agile software methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate
- Hands on Experience in leadership role
