Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive solutions that enhance the software delivery process. The role focuses on integrating various components within the ecosystem to ensure seamless application lifecycle management. Daily activities include executing continuous testing procedures covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression tests. The position also involves developing and maintaining automation strategies and scripts, configuring data and environments, and actively engaging in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are integral to supporting ongoing improvements in the testing process, ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout the project.

- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing frameworks and methodologies.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing automation strategies and scripts.
- Strong understanding of continuous testing methodologies including security, API, and regression testing.
- Familiarity with environment and data configuration to support testing activities.
- Ability to participate effectively in code reviews and defect management processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Genesys Cloud AI.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
