Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, your day involves meticulously verifying that software solutions meet the specified requirements and expected behaviors. You will design detailed test cases and execute them to uncover any inconsistencies or defects. Throughout the day, you collaborate closely with delivery teams to communicate findings and ensure that the final product is dependable and ready for users. Your role is pivotal in maintaining the overall quality and reliability of software releases by providing thorough and thoughtful testing coverage.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the preparation and maintenance of test documentation to support quality assurance processes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on testing best practices.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and improve testing methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively using appropriate tools.
- Strong analytical skills to assess software behavior and ensure alignment with expected outcomes.
- Familiarity with collaboration tools and working within agile delivery teams to support quality objectives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
