Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves meticulously verifying that solutions meet the defined requirements and expected behaviors. This role includes designing detailed test cases, executing tests manually, and carefully documenting any discrepancies or defects found. Collaboration with various delivery teams is essential to ensure that the final product is reliable and ready for end users. The position demands a thorough and methodical approach to quality assurance, ensuring that every release maintains high standards and aligns with project goals.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Good To Have Skills: Functional Test Planning.
- Experience in designing and executing manual test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Ability to identify, document, and track defects effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills to work closely with cross-functional delivery teams.
- Familiarity with quality assurance best practices and software development lifecycle.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
