• Primary skills:Technology->Reactive Programming->react JS • Knowledge of more than one technology • Basics of Architecture and Design fundamentals • Knowledge of Testing tools • Knowledge of agile methodologies • Understanding of Project life cycle activities on development and maintenance projects • Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Knowledge of Quality processes • Basics of business domain to understand the business requirements • Analytical abilities, Strong Technical Skills, Good communication skills • Good understanding of the technology and domain • Ability to demonstrate a sound understanding of software quality assurance principles, SOLID design principles and modelling methods • Awareness of latest technologies and trends • Excellent problem solving, analytical and debugging skills Key Responsibilities: • Design and develop responsive, modular, and reusable React components for complex web applications. • Collaborate with Node.js/backend teams to define and integrate RESTful/JSON APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality. • Lead technical design discussions, propose architectural improvements, and ensure alignment with overall solution architecture. • Optimize front-end performance, including bundle size, rendering efficiency, and perceived load times. • Implement state management, routing, and component composition patterns following industry best practices. • Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to clean coding standards and patterns. • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on React, JavaScript/TypeScript, and general engineering practices. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and visual designs into pixel-perfect, accessible interfaces. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex front-end issues across different browsers and devices. • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and development workflows to improve delivery speed and reliability.
