AHIS Aesthetics is a leading hair transplant and hair restoration clinic with over 8 years of excellence and 10,000+ satisfied patients. Known for advanced treatments like DHI, QR 678 Neo, GFC, and PRP, we are expanding our services in Bangalore and looking for a friendly, organized, and efficient Receptionist to be the face of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Front Desk Management:
• Greet and welcome patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
• Handle patient check-ins and check-outs smoothly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and waiting area.
• Appointment Coordination:
• Schedule and confirm consultations and follow-up appointments.
• Manage appointment calendar and ensure timely service flow.
• Send reminders via call or WhatsApp for upcoming appointments.
• Patient Interaction & Communication:
• Provide information about our treatments and services to walk-in patients.
• Answer and direct phone calls professionally and promptly.
• Address basic queries from patients or escalate to consultants/sales team.
• Administrative Support:
• Maintain patient records accurately.
• Collect consultation forms and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and support staff for seamless operations.
• Lead Management Support:
• 
  
• Assist in updating and tracking leads from online and offline channels.
• Coordinate with the marketing and sales team for daily updates.
• Cash Handling & Billing :
• Assist with payment collection and issue receipts.
• Maintain daily cash summary and handover reports.
• 
  
• Key Skills & Qualities:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is a plus)
• Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp Web, Google Sheets)
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Prior experience in clinic/hospital or service industry preferred

Working Hours:6 Days a Week | 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1 Weekly Off)
