Job Description

We are committed to delivering an exceptional shopping experience across both our retail store and online platforms. We are looking for a dynamic Retail Experience Strategist & Sales Manager to lead sales growth, strengthen our brand presence, and create outstanding customer experiences across all channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Business GrowthDevelop and execute strategies to drive both offline and online sales.
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase revenue across the retail store, website, social media, and WhatsApp channels.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective planning and execution.


Retail Store Sales & Customer Experience

  • Increase store footfall through customer engagement and local marketing initiatives.
  • Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience that encourages repeat visits and customer loyalty.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day store arrangement and maintain high service standards.


Visual Merchandising & Store Presentation

  • Plan and execute attractive visual merchandising displays that enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Design and maintain appealing window displays that reflect seasonal collections, promotions, and the brand identity.
  • Organize store layouts and product placement to maximize visibility, customer flow, and sales.
  • Ensure the store is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing at all times.


Online Sales & Digital Growth

  • Work with the marketing team to increase online sales through the website, social media, and WhatsApp.
  • Monitor online inquiries and ensure prompt customer follow-up to maximize conversions.
  • Suggest campaigns and initiatives to improve online customer acquisition and retention.


Revenue Optimization

  • Increase average order value through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Analyze sales performance and customer trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and recommend strategies to improve business performance.


Online Reputation & Brand Visibility

  • Manage and improve the company's Google Business Profile and customer reviews.
  • Implement strategies to maintain excellent Google ratings and strengthen local search visibility.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging across online and offline channels.


Market Research

  • Stay updated on fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
  • Recommend new products, merchandising ideas, and promotional strategies based on market insights.


Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales, store management, or sales leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of visual merchandising, window displays, and retail store presentation.
  • Experience in driving both offline and online sales.
  • Familiarity with social media, WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, and customer engagement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
