We are looking for a technically driven and curious Digital Transformation Developer to support automation, process digitization, and technology-led efficiency improvements within procurement and logistics operations. This is not a traditional sourcing or category management role—it sits at the intersection of applied AI, workflow automation, low-code/no-code development, and procurement systems.

This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional who has strong technical instincts, hands-on experience with modern automation and low-code tools, and exposure to procurement or logistics environments. You will work alongside senior transformation leads and business stakeholders to design, build, and deploy digital solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency.

If your first instinct when you see a repetitive process is to automate it — and you have 3–5 years of experience doing exactly that — this role is designed for you.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Support the design and implementation of digital workflows for procurement and logistics functions, replacing manual processes with automated, scalable solutions.
• Configure and deploy workflow automation tools (RPA platforms, Kissflow, Esker, or equivalents) for processes such as purchase order processing, invoice matching, approvals, and vendor onboarding.
• Build applications, forms, and dashboards using low-code/no-code platforms such as Google AppSheet or Microsoft Power Apps, without requiring full development cycles.
• Assist in applying AI and machine learning tools — including intelligent document processing and predictive analytics — to improve procurement efficiency and spend visibility.
• Support implementation of procurement systems (Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus, Esker, etc.) through requirements gathering, configuration, UAT participation, and go-live support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to document current-state processes, identify automation opportunities, and support future-state process design.
• Write basic scripts (Python, JavaScript, SQL, or similar) to integrate systems, automate data flows, and support custom process logic where no-code tools fall short.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, SOPs, training materials, and system configuration guides.
• Monitor implemented automations post-deployment, troubleshoot issues, and iterate on workflows to improve reliability and performance.
• Participate in digital transformation and efficiency improvement projects, contributing to measurable outcomes such as cycle time reduction, error rate reduction, and cost savings.

 

Mandatory Skills:

Applied AI & Automation

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools applied to business operations — intelligent document processing, AI-assisted workflows, or copilot tools in a procurement or logistics context.
• Demonstrated working experience with at least one RPA platform — UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, or similar.
• Ability to build, configure, and troubleshoot automation workflows, not just use pre-built templates.

Low-Code / No-Code Development

• Proficiency with at least one low-code/no-code platform: Google AppSheet, Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Kissflow, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build functional apps, forms, and automated workflows without writing extensive code.

Basic Programming & Scripting

• Working knowledge of at least one scripting or programming language: Python, SQL, JavaScript, or PowerShell.
• Comfortable with API integrations, data extraction/transformation, and writing scripts to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.

Procurement & Logistics Systems

• Exposure to or hands-on experience with one or more procurement/supply chain platforms: Ariba, Coupa, GEP, Zycus, Esker, Kissflow, or similar enterprise systems.
• Basic understanding of the system implementation lifecycle: requirements, configuration, testing, and deployment.

Process Design & Digital Transformation

• Foundational experience in process mapping, documentation, and redesign (swimlane diagrams, SOPs, BPMN, or equivalent).
• Some demonstrated involvement in a digital transformation, process automation, or efficiency improvement project in a procurement or logistics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Work timings - 1pm to 11pm IST with flexibility as per business needs
