SA2 / Assistant Manager - P&E Innovation

Roles & responsibilities 
Core Engagement and Proposal Support Activities 
• Support the account leads for top-tier engagement and pursuit teams all over the world in the development of convincing strategies, storylines and pitches, including: 
• Gathering, summarizing and analysing client intelligence based on publicly available information 
• Contribution to discussions about the selection, tailoring and/or developing of capabilities 
• Preparing the necessary collateral for leads to Conduct impactful demos  
• Tell our KPMG (Digital) Audit Story – in the specific client context  
• Work with leaders in collaborative settings for formulate a holistic story that, for example, is: 
• Demonstrating how to optimize the audit execution leveraging the full power of the KPMG Clara ecosystem, 
• Demonstrating how to effectively obtain and leverage data in a technology driven audit, 
• Demonstrating how ESG is integrated into KPMG Clara as the watermark in everything we do,  
• Concretely articulating how we join each client on their own technology journey making the most of emerging technologies and disruptive trends, and 
• Summarizing the benefits and value of our KPMG audit for the client. 
• Support designing and maintaining elements of our KPMG (Digital) Audit Story and other collateral  
• Work independently to enhance specific proposal building blocks, videos, web portal content 
• Prepare ‘standard’ scripts for demos, use cases, testimonials to be customized as need on specific clients  
• Support collating repositories of best practice examples of adoption and optimization 
• Support ongoing maintenance of our Dialogue Proposal platform, incl. 
• Work on assigned projects to expand/enhance standard collateral for e.g.: KPMG Clara Portal, Collaboration, App Store / AI-App store, Group Audit features 
• Manage the practical building of Client Highlights pages / Digital Showroom 
• Collect example audit insights and ignition event agendas and structures for ‘best practice’ database 
• Maintaining our Digital proposal page templates  
Innovation activities and amplification of our capabilities into the network 
• Participate in projects related to innovation solutions and prototypes for specific audit clients / proposals as part of the Global Growth Initiative. These efforts then form the basis for further development into global solutions. 
• Support activities to continuously expand the network of country proposal and technology adoption champions to coordinate the pipeline of pursuit opportunities as well as support technology adoption on existing engagement

Mandatory  technical & functional skills
Strong presentation and relationship skills, with the ability to confidently engage counterparts in an international and multicultural environment 
Be comfortable to speak up meetings, calls and group discussions including senior level leaders 
Full professional English language proficiency, verbally as well as written 
Advanced skills using Microsoft PowerBi, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint

Educational qualifications 
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
