Summary:
As a Sales Capture Practitioner, a typical day involves actively shaping, selling, and successfully closing deals that may involve single or multiple services. The role requires guiding the entire deal process by developing comprehensive strategies for winning, negotiating, and closing. This includes coordinating efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and driving the deal forward through various stages until completion, while maintaining a clear focus on achieving successful outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to maximize deal success.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among stakeholders to ensure seamless deal progression.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Sales Pursuit Management.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities to effectively manage complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse teams and clients.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational objectives.
- Experience in managing multi-service deals and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making to address challenges during the sales pursuit.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Sales Pursuit Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
