Job Description
1. Educate Educational Institutions and Related Organizations:
· Conduct visits to various educational institutions and related organizations to showcase the benefits of Uni1 India Company's uniform solutions.
· Clearly articulate the value proposition and advantages of partnering with Uni1 India Company.
· Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the education sector.
2. Engage with Business Establishments:
· Visit businesses of all sizes, ranging from small enterprises to large corporations.
· Record comprehensive details of each business establishment, understanding their specific needs and requirements.
· Effectively communicate the advantages of collaborating with Uni1 India Company for their uniform needs.
· Convert prospects into customers by showcasing the tailored solutions Uni1 India Company offers.
3. Market Research:
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
· Provide feedback to the management team on customer preferences and market insights.
4. Relationship Building:
· Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their ongoing needs.
· Act as the primary point of contact between Uni1 India Company and the clients.
5. Sales Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities.
· Prepare regular reports on sales performance and achievements.
· Requirements:
· Proven experience in business development and marketing, preferably in the uniform industry or a related field.
· Excellent communication and presentation skills.
· Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
· Willingness to travel extensively as required.
· Knowledge of the education sector and business landscape is a plus.
