Responsibilities:

Overall, around 7 years of experience in implementation of SAP Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT to understand the business requirements for BW/HANA & ABAP topics.
• Specify security requirements and approaches to data for adherence.
• Define and promote best practice methodologies.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with the major stakeholders for KPI standards and roadmap.
• Experience in writing requirements documents, functional/technical specifications and any other documentation that might be required as part of project.
• Coordinate with business users and other IT team/departments to design and develop complex requirements.
• Implement/use guidelines project, process and architecture.
• Maintain a clear understanding of the potential impacts of proposed solutions on the other areas of the system and/or project.
• Using automation techniques and reducing the overall time of the project
• Implement full project life cycle.

SAP BW/HANA:

• Work experience in all three phases - BW Reporting, Extraction and Modeling with at least 2 end to end implementations.
• Experience in working with ADSOs (all types), composite providers, BeX query and Analysis for office.
• Should have very strong experience in ABAP skills like Start, End, Expert, Field level Routines, custom built Extractors & Debugging skills where required.
• Experience in working with HANA views, AMDP procedures, ABAP-OOPs, and hybrid architecture.
• Integrating both SAP and non-SAP source systems
• Knowledge of connectors like SDA/SDI
• Exposing models or queries as Odata for external consumption
• Consuming external APIs into BW models

SAP Datasphere:

• Ability to design & implement complex dataflows.
• Writing transformations using python scripts
• Ability to design & implement complex dataflows.
• Writing transformations using python scripts
• Creating views and exposing for consumption to SAP Analytics Cloud
• Consuming HDI containers in Datasphere
• Exposing Datasphere model to AI algorithms
• Exposing Datasphere model to third party tools

SAP Analytics Cloud:

• Hands-on experience on SAC (including Planning), designing/implementing data models.
• Good Understanding of SAP data structures, forecasting and analytical applications.
• Excellent CSS Scripting abilities. Ability to exhibit and follow standard coding and naming conventions and a top- down approach
• Strong hands-on experience on SAC connectivity, integration with SAP cloud connector, Authorization concept (Users, roles, team) and governance
• Knowledge on SAC predictive capabilities, Augmented analytics
• Interpersonal & Communication:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication ability to connect technical solutions to business need, problem solving skills
