SAP CFIN- Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Implementation: Lead SAP functional teams in implementing S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions. Conduct requirement workshops and translate business needs into SAP configurations.
• Integration & Process Optimization: Ensure seamless integration across modules (FI, MM, PP, SD, EAM). Drive automation and process improvements aligned with best practices.
• Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations. Oversee Fit-GAP analysis, testing phases, and go-live activities.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide functional consultants and assistant managers. Coordinate with technical teams for RICEFW objects and integrations.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to compliance standards and governance policies. Design dashboards and reports for management insights.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 8–12 years in SAP functional roles, with at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. Strong knowledge of multiple SAP modules and integration points.
• Technical Skills: Expertise in SAP S/4HANA configuration and SAP Activate methodology. Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and analytics tools.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Certifications

• SAP Certified Application Associate in relevant modules (FI, MM, PP, SD, etc.).
• Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
