Job Description

• Ecolab is seeking a SAP Security Engineer to work on the Tier 2 SAP Support team.  In this role your work will include addressing service tickets.  In this role you will work as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to identify, document, and validate requirements to provide the functionality necessary to meet business objectives and project goals.

What You Will Do:

• Support the Lead within the SAP security team providing operational and technical security support for the business
• Design, implement, and support SAP security strategy
• Research, analyze, design, propose, and deliver SAP security solutions that are appropriate and in alignment with Ecolab strategic objectives
• Provide technical and architectural leadership for SAP security design and implementation
• Coordinate and maintain access authorization compliance between data owner and users within the access provisioning workflow
• Work with technical team, business process owners, and auditors to ensure information security is compliant with Ecolab security policies
• Understand and manage compliance requirements and enforce information security directives
• Educate management teams on how to identify risks and design controls to cover those risks
• Maintain document library in SharePoint with up-to-date controls mapping of threats to policies to associating procedures and processes
• Work with Solutions Architecture team to design and implement fits for purpose SAP security solutions
• Responsible for critical access restrictions/audit compliance requirement for tables and reports
• You will work with and support internal and external audit teams
• Working knowledge of authorization reporting and troubleshooting transaction codes / tools including SE16, SU22, SU24, SU25, SU53, SU56, ST01, SUIM, PFCG and reporting.
• Coordinate collaboration between the business users, Support teams and Security Center of Excellence Project team.
• Provide guidance and analysis on system/Support Pack upgrades and technical improvements, coordinating with the development and technical teams.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years of experience implementing SAP Security concepts and strategies
• Relevant degree such as bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Education, Business, Information Technology, Technical, Business/Administration, Science, Management Information Systems
• Leadership role experience a plus
• SAP security design, configuration, and administration expertise in ECC, CRM, BI/BW, Fiori, S/4 database.
• Knowledge of SAP GRC 12.X configuration and administration, GRC BC sets, workflow customization and ruleset
• Configuring security and setting up roles on NetWeaver applications
• Oversees testing
• Experience with ticketing system for example ServiceNow, Change Management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization skills.
• Strong understanding of SAP Security Audit and Monitoring requirements and methods
• Security design and implementation for assigning users to LDAP group for synch/upload
