We are currently seeking a Scheduler/Coordinator/QA (Transition PMO & Quality) to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

1. Integrated Project Scheduling
•    Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project or equivalent tools
•    Track milestones, dependencies, critical path, and resource allocations
•    Coordinate schedule inputs from multiple workstreams
•    Perform schedule variance analysis and proactively flag risks
•    Support release planning and sprint tracking (if Agile program)
2. PMO Governance & Reporting
•    Prepare weekly/monthly program dashboards for client and leadership review
•    Maintain RAID log and action tracker
•    Support SteerCo, governance forums, and executive reviews
•    Track KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics
•    Ensure compliance with NTT DATA delivery framework and quality standards
3. Financial & Resource Management Support
•    Track effort burn, resource utilization, and cost baseline vs actuals
•    Support forecasting and budget tracking
•    Coordinate resource onboarding/offboarding in offshore model
•    Support invoice validation and financial reporting processes

4. Stakeholder & Offshore Coordination
•    Coordinate between onsite leadership and offshore delivery teams
•    Facilitate status meetings and follow-ups across time zones
•    Maintain centralized documentation repository (SharePoint / Teams / etc.)
•    Support change request documentation and approvals

5. Tools & Automation
•    Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel (advanced), Power BI, or similar tools
•    Automate reporting templates where feasible
•    Maintain standardized PMO artifacts and templates
