Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Managed Cloud Security Services.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, including identity and access management, encryption, and threat detection.
- Experience with cloud platforms and their security configurations to safeguard applications and data.
- Ability to design and implement security controls within cloud environments to meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with incident response and vulnerability management in cloud infrastructures.
- Skilled in integrating security solutions with software development lifecycles to promote secure coding practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Managed Cloud Security Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
