Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and successful delivery of security services projects by coordinating with global teams and utilizing established methods, tools, training, and assets. This role requires managing project timelines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and facilitating communication across various stakeholders to maintain seamless project progress and quality outcomes. The position demands proactive problem-solving and strategic planning to meet client expectations and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of security services.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project performance metrics and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Support the development and mentoring of junior team members to enhance their skills and contributions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with CrowdStrike Endpoint Security.
- Strong knowledge of endpoint security technologies and threat detection methodologies.
- Ability to analyze security incidents and develop effective response strategies.
- Experience in managing security tools deployment and integration within enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance requirements related to endpoint protection.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Endpoint Extended Detection and Response.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
