The Offshore CWMO Operations Partner (COP) provides execution focused, repeatable operational support across the contingent workforce lifecycle. This role performs standardized system actions, supplier coordination, onboarding execution, and lifecycle maintenance activities, enabling scale, consistency, and SLA adherence. Offshore COPs partner closely with onshore COPs, who retain ownership of stakeholder management, exceptions, and decision-making.
Roles & Responsibilities
·Request & System ExecutionoSupport the creation and update contingent worker requests and assignments in Beeline and related systems based on approved intake detailsoExecute standardized updates following kickoff meetings (rates, dates, locations, supplier distribution)oMonitor work queues and progress tasks according to defined SLAs and priority rulesoFacilitate interview schedulingo·Supplier CoordinationoDistribute requests to suppliers and manage routine follow-ups on submissions and statusoValidate submission completeness and advance workflow steps once requirements are metoEscalate supplier delays or issues to onshore COPs using defined escalation thresholds·Onboarding & Pre-Start ProcessingoTrack and execute onboarding steps (DocuSign, background checks, onboarding requirements) once offers are approved (BGC delayed worker action – follow up/supplier)oMonitor readiness milestones (IT, access, training) and perform standard follow-up's and communicate delays to recruitersoUpdate system statuses and notify onshore COPs of blockers using approved templates ·Lifecycle ManagementoPrioritize extensions, amendments, and early terminations following approved requests and SOPs with closed loop communication to engagement teams. EoR, etc.oCreate second assignments and validate information according to SOPs (rate, manager, SP, etc.)oMaintain accurate assignment records and supporting documentationoAssist with producing Market Rate Assessments using firm toolsoSupport Talent Reserve tracking activities (entry, updates, exits) as directedoFollow up on aging timesheets and rejected timesheetsoUpdate on inactive users (EM/EP/TS) and make system updates across all impacted assignment recordsoFacilitation of equipment return and follow up (worker/supplier) ·Compliance & Audit SupportoExecute standardized compliance checks and validate required documentationoMaintain audit ready records and flag gaps to onshore COPs for resolution·Success MeasuresoSLA adherence and throughput on assigned workflowsoAccuracy of system updates and documentationoReduction in rework and avoidable escalationsoConsistent support to onshore COP capacity and focus ·Scope Boundaries (Explicitly Out of Scope)oStakeholder negotiation or expectation managementoPolicy interpretation, exception approval, or risk decisionsoProcess design, control ownership, or RACI changeso5+ years of experience in operations support, shared services, or workforce administrationoStrong proficiency with excel and VLOOKUP oExperience executing high-volume, rules-based work with SLAsoStrong attention to detail and comfort working from SOPs oPrior exposure to VMS, HR, or onboarding systems (e.g., Beeline, ServiceNow) preferredoExcellent oral & written communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, concise, and empathetic responses.
