Roles & responsibilities

We are recruiting for ‘Senior’ position in the Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Team. In this team, your responsibilities will include executing projects on behalf of international KPMG teams and clients. In addition, you will be required to:

•Service DeliveryDeliver tasks in line with regulations, guidance, and SLAs•Resolve E&I queries and independence exceptions•Support ServiceNow query escalations•Produce management reports and analytics•Process Improvement & Projects -•Support ROG projects with the E&I Project Lead and Manager (annual confirmations, training launches, ad‑hoc rollouts)Manage the firm‑wide annual Risk Metrics process•Perform second‑level reviews to ensure data quality and control•Identify, escalate, and document issues appropriately•Coordinate stakeholder sign‑offs (communications, exceptions)Support E&I initiatives, including new training and questionnaires•Stakeholder Engagement•Liaise with Risk Partners on risk metric communications•Coordinate approvals and sign‑offs with key stakeholders•Work with Learning & Development to resolve issues and maintain quality•Knowledge & Expertisen-•Maintain strong knowledge of personal independence requirements•Prepare launch populations using advanced Excel and data analysis•Support broader compliance programmes as required

•Sound organisational and analytical skills with the ability to prioritise effectively•The ability and willingness to take personal responsibility and accountability for your own work•Strong, supportive team-player able to train and coach the team•Provide second level quality checking support•Excellent written and oral communication skills•The ability to interpret information and identify issues•The ability to work well under pressure•Extremely high level of attention to detail is essential•The ability to handle sensitive/confidential information appropriately•The confidence to challenge the status-quo and provide fresh ideas•High data literacy – comfortable managing data, building or interpreting dashboards and formula (Excel, Power BI or equivalent)•User of Microsoft Access is desirable•Prior working experience in personal compliance is desired but not essential
