We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior developer to lead the Development, customization and enhancement of the ServiceNow platform. The candidate should be having hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules, building workflows, and integrating the platform with other systems. This role requires technical expertise, a problem-solving mindset, and a strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including ITSM, CMDB and custom applications
- Create and manage workflow, business rules, Ui policies, client scripts, and custom applications.
- Configure forms, fields, notifications, and reports to meet business requirements.
- Build Integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, and other tools.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including workflows, business rules, UI scripts and custom applications
- Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS for front end development
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB and custom applications.
- Basic understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies.
Certifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
