Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Adobe Target Consultant to join our team and help us optimize our conversion rate (CRO). As an Adobe Target expert, you will be responsible for leading and implementing various A/B tests, personalization, and optimization strategies to improve our online user experiences and drive impactful business results. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of web analytics, customer segmentation, and proven expertise in creating and executing successful testing and targeting campaigns on Adobe Target.

Job Description:

  1. Convert business requirements and needs into Adobe Target use cases using appropriate methods and data models.
  2. Design and implement A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns to improve website/app conversion rates, user engagement, and overall customer experience.
  3. Utilize Adobe Target to create audience segments based on data analysis and insights, and then build personalized experiences tailored to each segment.
  4. Conduct comprehensive data analysis using Adobe Analytics and other relevant tools to derive actionable insights and optimize test results.
  5. Work closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, testers, and marketers to ensure seamless implementation of Adobe Target initiatives.
  6. Collaborate and integrate Adobe Target with MarTech platforms, ensuring a cohesive and data-driven marketing approach.
  7. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to Adobe Target implementation and data integration.
  8. Regularly monitor the performance of A/B tests and personalization campaigns, and present results to clients and management, accompanied by actionable recommendations.

 

Key working areas:

  1. Strategy
    1. Support the evolution of clients digital strategy by aligning current and future state architecture with business objectives and operational r requirements.
    2. Conceptualize and implement product recommendation strategy.
    3. Strategize to Hyper-personalize the consumer journey.
  2. Value Measurement Framework
    1. Develop a value measurement framework which supports client in the prioritization of use cases and measuring the impact of these use cases once implemented.
  3. Customer Experience
    1. Support the continuous development of Consumer Journeys & Use Cases which will uplift client’s capability and accelerate revenue growth.
    2. Develop the run & operate capabilities required to deliver omni-channel experiences including - Data Driven Operating Model, Micro-segment personalization, etc.
    3. Leverage best practice capabilities including automation via AI/ML to drive hyper personalized experiences including product cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  4. Multi Solution Approaches
    1. Manage ideation, implementation, and optimization of multi-solution use cases to provide consistent experience across channels (email, WhatsApp, push and in app notifications, site).
  5. Data led analytics & optimization.
    1. Continuous enhancement of measurement & tracking across systems and digital/physical touchpoints.
    2. Create custom dashboards.

 

 

Expectations:

  1. Established track record of delivering projects in CRO which brought quantifiable benefit to the business. Experience with Indian market/aviation industry would be preferred.
  2. Experience with integrated ecosystems like Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem (AEM, Analytics, Target, and Campaigns), Google (GA4, Google Optimize), and MarTech tools (MoEngage, CleverTap, etc.)
  3. Specific experience with Adobe Target Recommendations and Automated Personalization preferred.
  4. Ability to support clients in future proofing design and implementation of the Adobe Experience Cloud including additional solutions in the future.
  5. Experience developing core digital capabilities such as Customer Journey Orchestration, UX & Design, Customer Analytics, Testing and personalization.
  6. Experience delivering operating model and organizational transformation projects. This should include the creation of Centre of Excellence operating models, governance frameworks, enablement roadmaps.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  2. Relevant Adobe certifications would be advantageous.
  3. Hands-on experience working with Adobe Target, executing A/B tests, personalization campaigns, and optimization strategies.
  4. Strong understanding of web technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to work closely with development teams.
  5. Proven track record of delivering successful results in conversion rate optimization and user experience improvement.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, personalization, and testing methodologies.
  8. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
