Senior Analyst

Working as a  BI/MI Specialist in TxB team. The successful candidate will work independently to create, modify, and maintain various client and operational reports and dashboards. This role requires expertise in querying data lakes, utilizing various clients systems/platform. The ideal candidate will have high proficiency in data analysis and be able to manage and interpret large data sets to meet business requirements. Furthermore, they should possess strong technical skills in VBA, Power Query, Power Pivot, and Advanced Excel, with additional knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx being advantageous. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential as the role involves leading client calls and independently managing stakeholder relationships.

• Design, develop, and maintain various client and operational reports and dashboards.
• Handle ad hoc reporting requests from clients with accuracy and timeliness.
• Query and analyze data from data lakes, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Efficiently use Salesforce and other platforms for data extraction and analysis.
• Develop new queries and modify existing ones on data lake platforms based on data requirements.
• Analyze large data sets to support business decision-making processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to existing operational reports.
• Enhance existing reports and develop new reporting solutions as needed.
• Utilize Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Excel, and VBA for data manipulation and reporting.
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Any Graduation with 6+ year of exp

Leverage Power BI, Tableau, and Alteryx for advanced data visualization and analytics.
