Job Description

Senior Associate 1 -GDC- RMT

Roles & responsibilities 
The candidate should have prior proven experience in project/ program management, operational excellence, and change management in a shared services organization. (S)/he should have proven stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global work environment. 
Contribute to structuring, planning and execution of key projects and initiatives including management and monitoring of resources, schedules, effective time utilization, delivery of the project deliverables, escalation management.
Utilize Resource Management systems to generate analysis and reporting of key staffing data including, headcount, utilization, attrition, and engagement leveraging Understanding of audit terms and concepts to align employee skillset to engagement staffing needs.
Continuously engage with stakeholders and Operations team to understand their needs and define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly
Proven ability to collaborate in a virtual, multi-cultural, multi- geography environment
Manage staffing allocation while working with the engagement teams to determine appropriate staffing and profitabilityAttention to detail and quality conscious
Proactive problem solver 
Maintain an understanding of audit terms and concepts to align employee skillset to engagement staffing needsExperience with leading shared service center will be preferred.
Act as the day-to-day contact for managers and staff regarding general firm and resourcing questions

MBA, PMP certification
4+ years in PMO role
Work experience

Strong executive presence and articulation skills required to influence business leaders and stakeholders
Ability to drive change through strong collaborative skills and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines with minimal direction
