Job Description

Senior Associate 1 - RMT

Roles & responsibilities 
The candidate should have prior proven experience in project/ program management, operational excellence, and change management in a shared services organization. (S)/he should have proven stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global work environment. 
Contribute to structuring, planning and execution of key projects and initiatives including management and monitoring of resources, schedules, effective time utilization, delivery of the project deliverables, escalation management.
Contribute to strategic objectives, provide thought leadership by researching trends and implementing industry best practices to take KGDC up the value chain
Understanding of audit terms and concepts to align employee skillset to engagement staffing needs.
Continuously engage with stakeholders and Operations team to understand their needs and define policy, procedures, or systems accordingly
Proven ability to collaborate in a virtual, multi-cultural, multi- geography environment
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and quality conscious
Proactive problem solver 
Organizing skills, ability to prioritize
Experience with leading shared service center will be preferred.
The dynamic environment at GDC would require the person to exercise creativity in the design, development, or improvement of existing processes and driving management of change.
Work with staff to understand career aspirations and to align desires with career development opportunities

Educational qualifications 
MBA, PMP certification
4+ years in PMO role
Work experience
Ability to strategies and provide insights to effectively grow the organization
Excellent storytelling and MS PowerPoint skills required
Analytical mind-set having keen observational qualities and an eye for detail
Strong executive presence and articulation skills required to influence business leaders and stakeholders
Ability to drive change through strong collaborative skills and ability to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Strong relationship building skills in a global matrix work environment
Ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently and meet deadlines with minimal direction
