What You’ll Own
- Build Deep Relationships: Be the trusted partner for key clients, understanding their business inside-out.
- Grow What Matters: Drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand account value and hit portfolio targets.
- Own Client Success: Conduct regular business reviews, ensuring clients get maximum value from Razorpay.
- Be the Bridge: Collaborate with internal teams (product, ops, support) to deliver seamless client experiences.
- Solve & Scale: Proactively address concerns, resolve escalations, and turn challenges into opportunities.
- Track & Optimize: Monitor performance against SLAs, maintain CRM hygiene, and use data to drive decisions.
- Listen & Improve: Run feedback loops, surveys, and reviews to continuously elevate the client experience.
What Makes You a Fit
- 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management / B2B Sales
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to grow accounts and meet revenue/portfolio targets
- A problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working with data, CRM tools, and performance metrics
- High energy, proactive, and driven to go beyond the obvious
Bonus Points If You
- Have experience in fintech, SaaS, or payments ecosystem
- Understand merchant lifecycle, retention strategies, and expansion playbooks
- Can balance empathy with business outcomes
