  • Support migration and modernization programs by defining specifications for new platforms, tools, and infrastructure.
  • Contribute to implementation planning, UAT coordination, post‑release validation, and issue resolution.

Data Quality, Analytics & Testing

  • Conduct data and analytics acceptance testing, including discrepancy analysis and common factor validation.
  • Ensure robust test coverage across functional and non‑functional requirements, improving confidence in product releases.
  • Identify patterns in defects or customer feedback and drive preventative improvements.

Automation, Efficiency & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to increase automation efficiency and reduce test execution time.
  • Develop efficient ways of working across content and testing processes.
  • Contribute to building quality metrics, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that support data driven decisions.
  • Stay ahead with evolving content tools, workflows, and technologies, applying learning directly to delivery.

Engagement & Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted partner to Research teams, Technology, Propositions, Product, and Content Management.
