In this role, you’ll lead training programs focused on HPE Compute workload-specific configurations, helping engineers master the art of optimizing systems for database, AI, HPC, virtualization, cloud, and web application workloads. What You'll Do:

As a Technical Trainer, you will be responsible to train and upskill HPE Workforce, Partners and Customers on Cutting edge technology solutions used in conjunction with running workload and other software products. You will have the opportunity to lead and/or take part in the design and delivery of Training content and Lab solutions tailored to meet customers’ needs. You will also directly be engaged to provide customers consultation on technical challenges, expanding your own technical knowledge and investing in building and maintaining effective

skill stack. Customer satisfaction will be your top priority. This is a role where you will be valued for your creativity, excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to innovate and communicate clearly, and your attention to detail.

What You Need to Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field)

• Minimum 5 years of domain experience in HPE Compute or related infrastructure

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in technical training or enablement

• Strong understanding of workload sizing, performance tuning, system architecture, and data center networking

Preferred Certifications:

• HPE ASE – Server Solutions Architect

• HPE Master ASE – Hybrid IT Solutions Architect

• HPE GreenLake Certified

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)

• Linux Professional Institute Certification (LPIC) or Ubuntu Certified Professional

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or equivalent

Design and deliver training modules on:

• Database workloads (OLTP, OLAP)

• In-memory DB workloads

• AI/ML database workloads

• HPC workloads (CPU/memory/GPU intensive)

• Latency-sensitive workloads

• Virtualization workloads

• Cloud-native and web application workloads

• Provide hands-on configuration guidance using HPE Compute platforms (ProLiant, Blade, Synergy, Apollo)
• Train on server security solutions and best practices
• Expertise on HPE GreenLake Edge-to-Cloud platform and its workload optimization capabilities
• Good knowledge on storage technologies, including SAN architecture and configuration
• Good knowledge on VMware vSphere virtualization platform and Ubuntu Linux administration and optimization
• Grasp on data center networking fundamentals and advanced concepts
• Develop lab-based exercises, troubleshooting scenarios, and real-world case studies
• Collaborate with engineering and support teams to align training with field requirements
