Position Summary:

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for leading process automation initiatives across the NTAM organization, with emphasis on process analysis, problem solving, and solution design and delivery. This position emphasizes the analysis, optimization, and automation of business processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in future focused automation and AI tools such as Co-Pilot Studio, Power Automate, Xceptor, Blue Prism/UiPath, Claude Codex, and comparable platforms, and be able to independently drive solutions for our key stakeholders from idea to final implementation.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Major responsibilities include:

Lead and/or contribute to end-to-end process and automation delivery lifecycle from process assessment to transformations/improvements, solution design, automation development, and deployment utilizing Copilot Studio, Power

Automate, Blue Prism / UiPath, Xceptor/Alteryx, or similar platforms.Collaborate with business users to conduct process mapping / Lean sessions to assess current state, design target state processes and document business needs in comprehensive business requirements, functional and technical specifications with clearly outlined expected business benefits Perform thorough testing and validation of automation solutions documenting results to guarantee fit accuracy, security, and reliability.

Track and report on benefits realized comparing against expected benefits at the project start Experience in leveraging Co-pilot or other enterprise-approved AI tools to drive efficiency and speed across the SDLC cycle from discovery, design, development and testing.Oversee and maintain existing automation workflows resolving issues in a timely manner.Proactively study emerging AI and automation trends and best practices, with a particular focus on AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI advancements, and socialize ideas/thinking with peers and business partners.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization by participating in democratizing the skills or showcasing the automations delivered.Proactively understand and comply with NTAM’s automation and

Software Development and Application management governance standards educating stakeholders where needed. Develop reports and presentations to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to business and technology leaders and stakeholders. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Possesses experience within the asset management, wealth management, or financial services sectors, in the capacity of business solution delivery, technology development, and / or management or technology consulting.

Demonstrates knowledge of automation design principles and coding standards; six sigma certification or process optimization experience a plus.

Exhibits a proactive approach, attention to detail, and enthusiastic drive to learning new technologies.

Strong critical thinking and creative “out of the box” problem solving skills to address business problems that produce measurable benefits.Displays strong consultative, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and influencing capabilities.Communicates effectively in both written and verbal formats, with the ability to prepare materials and present persuasively across all organizational levels.

Provides leadership in managing multiple initiatives and demonstrates the capacity to influence decisions and stakeholders.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, business, or a similar discipline is required.

10+ years  of experience in process analysis and automation roles is needed.

Expertise in future focused automation/AI tools such as Copilot Studio, RPA platforms like Power Automate, Blue Prism, UI Path, or Xceptor is essential.

Microsoft’s AB-900 and PL-500 or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Experience in Agentic AI and Gen AI solutioning leveraging Microsoft or other stacks is highly desired Candidates must possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI is highly desirable.

The ability to collaborate effectively within a global team setting is important.
