Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Freshservice Developer to design integrate automate and maintain custom applications and workflows within the Freshworks platform
Job Description
Develop custom applications using the Freshworks Developer Platform FDP and SDK to enhance platform functionalities Integrate Freshservice with thirdparty applications such as Azure AD Jira Microsoft 365 and Salesforce using REST APIs and webhooks Configure and optimize workflow automation including automation rules business rules and service catalogues via Freshservice Automator Write serverless functions scheduled events and custom backend logic using JavaScript and Nodejs Set up and customize ITSM core modules including Incident Problem Change Asset and Configuration Management Database CMDB Conduct testing including unit integration and user acceptance testing UAT and manage deployment of custom code and configurations Troubleshoot technical issues optimize platform performance and maintain comprehensive documentation for custom solutions and deployments
Roles and Responsibilities
Build internal or custom applications leveraging the Freshworks Developer Platform and SDK Connect and integrate Freshservice with external thirdparty tools and services using REST APIs and webhooks Design configure and manage automation workflows to streamline IT service management processes Develop and implement serverless computing functions and backend logic using JavaScript and Nodejs Configure and customize ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Asset and CMDB Plan and execute thorough testing strategies unit integration UAT and oversee deployment activities Provide ongoing technical support troubleshoot issues optimize system performance and document all customizations and workflows
