Major Duties :1. Database systems competence is expected
2. Familiarity with data analysis and/or reporting
3. Strong mathematical skills required
4. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
5. Experience with SQL and Excel
6. Strong communication skills
7. Strong project management skills
8. Strong team / relationship building skills
9. Carries out complex activities with significant financial, client, and/or internal business impact

10. May have direct interaction with committees and/or Senior Management

11. Able to serve as a key subject matter expert and mentor to other more junior level employees

12. May manage daily operational activities and supervise day-to-day work of junior level employees (but not a formal management role)

13. More technically sound in area of expertise and has broader knowledge of other areas

14. Delivers a work product that requires less revision

15. Able to facilitate discussions and reach decisions

Knowledge :¿ Familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Microsoft Business Intelligence Suite, QlikView)
¿ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data for analytical projects and translate that data into sound insights
¿ Familiarity with relational database concepts, querying, data warehouses, requirements gathering and/or decision support tools is a plus (preferred)
¿ Prior experience using statistical software or knowledge of various data mining and analytical tools (SSRS, SAS, etc.)

Experience :Bachelor¿s Degree in a related field and/or equivalent work experience required
