What you’ll build

 

As part of SAP Enterprise Cloud Services (ECS) Delivery, you’ll play a critical role in our dedicated ServiceNow Center of Excellence (CoE), working in close alignment with the SAP HCSM program and a Partner development team. You’ll design, develop, and optimize scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions — covering ITSM and ITOM capabilities across ECS Lines of Business.

You’ll be responsible for building robust workflows, integrations, and custom solutions that meet real business needs, while ensuring adherence to governance, architectural standards, and CoE guidelines. Your work will directly impact platform quality, security, and compliance across the organization.

You’ll solve complex development challenges — from designing shared components and frameworks, to managing partner delivery cycles and validating development efforts. You’ll contribute to continuous improvement by identifying automation and AI adoption opportunities, supporting platform upgrades, and reducing technical debt to drive long-term platform excellence.

 

What you bring

 

• Strong hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) and platform configuration
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, platform configuration, workflows, and UI frameworks
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow data models and Agile/DevOps practices
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical leadership skills with the ability to manage partner deliverables and development cycles
• (Preferred) ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM CIS), exposure to AI / automation, agile methodologies and DevOps practices
