What you’ll build

In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deliver complex application modules and technical workstreams for SAP Sales Cloud solutions. You’ll create scalable, maintainable, and high-quality technical solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business results.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Developing backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs and ensuring seamless integration across distributed systems.
• Optimizing MongoDB data models, queries, and performance.
• Collaborating with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative CRM solutions.
• Driving improvements in CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and system observability.
• Mentoring junior developers and fostering technical growth within the team.
• Exploring AI agent-based use cases, LLM integrations, and automation opportunities to enhance enterprise applications.

Your work will directly impact the development of best-in-class CRM solutions, enabling businesses to optimize sales processes, improve customer engagement, and achieve operational excellence.

What you bring

To succeed in this role, you bring:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java 8+ and Spring Boot for backend development.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and MongoDB.
• Working knowledge of frontend technologies like Angular, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and testing frameworks.
• Mindset and Soft Skills:
• Growth mindset with a passion for learning and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Collaborative and team-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 7–10 years of experience in application development.
