Job Description

Role PurposeWNS is seeking a visionary Digital Transformation leader who is passionate about driving business transformation through next-generation technologies. This role will lead end-to-end digital transformation initiatives, build scalable digital capabilities, and advance applied research in emerging technologies such as AI, GenAI, Agentic Systems, and HyperAutomation to deliver measurable business outcomes for WNS and its clients. The role will bring healthcare industry knowledge with experience across Payers and Providers.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Transformation Leadership• Lead and drive enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives aligned to client business objectives.• Actively engage with clients to understand organizational challenges, operating models, and transformation priorities.• Design innovative digital solutions, functional architectures, and deployment strategies tailored to each client’s context.• Play a hands-on role across the full transformation lifecycle—from strategy and solutioning to architecture and delivery.• Partner with client CXOs and senior WNS leadership to shape and execute transformation roadmaps.Industry Knowledge: • Leverage deep experience of the healthcare industry across payers and providers to drive transformation• Building solutions, capabilities and products in digital across payers and providers• Bring knowledge across UM, clinical, RCM, Admin• Develop thought leadership• Understanding of data, ai, agentic ai and CX impact across the healthcare industryCapability Development• Build and scale digital transformation capabilities across WNS, including frameworks, accelerators, best practices, and reusable assets.• Enable internal teams through capability building, mentoring, and knowledge sharing on emerging digital technologies.• Drive adoption of new-age technologies (AI, GenAI, Agentic systems, HyperAutomation) across service lines and client engagements.• Establish governance, deployment models, and operating frameworks to ensure sustainable transformation outcomes.Research & Innovation (DT-Focused)• Lead applied research initiatives in emerging digital and AI-driven technologies relevant to business transformation.• Evaluate new tools, platforms, and methodologies to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation.• Translate research insights into practical, scalable solutions and transformation offerings.• Contribute thought leadership through whitepapers, internal research publications, client presentations, and industry forums.Stakeholder Collaboration• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Delivery, Technology, and CoEs.• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through digital adoption and change management.• Support pre-sales and solutioning efforts by shaping transformation narratives and value propositions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience with 10+ years in the healthcare industry• Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry across Payers, Providers across admin, clinical, RCM• Proven experience of delivering large digital transformation programs• Has built solutions and products• Understanding of technology across data, AI, automation• Stakeholder management including senior client and internal leadership• Demonstrated wins in new business and existing business growth
