Senior Engineer (SA1 - GTS ATO ESS)

Roles & responsibilities

As a Full Stack .NET Developer with Angular and Azure PaaS Cloud expertise, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end software solutions, from the user interface to the back-end services and deploying them on Microsoft Azure. Your role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure web applications.

Responsibilities:

Application Development:

•Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the .NET technology stack, React for the front end, and related web technologies.•Design and implement responsive, user-friendly, and visually appealing user interfaces.

Back-End Development/Front-End Development:

•Create and maintain server-side logic and databases.•Implement RESTful APIs, web services, and microservices to support application functionality.•Optimize server performance and ensure data security.•Develop interactive web interfaces using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.•Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness.•Implement modern front-end development practices and libraries.

Database Management:

•Design, implement, and maintain relational databases (e.g., SQL Server)•Optimize database queries and performance.

Version Control and Collaboration Security and Compliance:

•Utilize version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage source code.•Collaborate with other developers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.•Implement security best practices, such as authentication, authorization, and data encryption.•Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).•Create technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and code documentation

Stay updated with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in full-stack development, Angular, and SQL

Mandatory  technical & functional skills

·Proficiency in .Net technologies (C#,ASP,.NET core)·Strong SQL database design and query optimization skills·Experience with  React/Angular for frontend development·Strong understanding of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.·Agile development experience

Preferred technical & functional skills

—Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to peers and stakeholders—Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and escalate when needed

—Ability to mentor junior developers—Ability to own project deliverables, not just individual tasks—Understand business objectives and functions to support data needs
