About the Role
As a Senior Enterprise Architect (Vice President), you'll operate at the fascinating intersection ofbusiness strategy and technological implementation. You'll provide architectural leadershipacross complex, cross-domain initiatives while serving as a trusted advisor to seniorstakeholders. This high-impact individual contributor role offers broad enterprise exposure andsignificant influence across Swiss Re's global landscape.

Key Responsibilities
Lead enterprise architecture strategy by developing target architectures across business,application, data, and technical dimensions for major transformation initiatives, includingAI/GenAI integration
Translate business vision into coherent architectural roadmaps, blueprints, and transitionplans that align with strategic priorities
Drive architectural excellence through reuse, standardization, simplification, andsustainability across the enterprise
Serve as lead architect on large-scale, complex programs, providing guidance throughoutthe entire solution lifecycle
Challenge design decisions constructively to safeguard architectural integrity and ensuremeasurable business value
Contribute to governance through active participation in Design Authority processes,ensuring adherence to standards and regulatory requirements
Foster cross-domain collaboration by facilitating alignment across functional areas andpromoting a unified "one architecture" mindset
Build influential relationships with senior stakeholders, communicating complex conceptsclearly and providing data-driven recommendations

As part of this dynamic team, you'll collaborate withbusiness leaders, domain architects, and technology specialists to design scalable, resilient, andfuture-ready solutions that create long-term value for our organization.

About You
You're a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical skills and the ability to balance long-termarchitectural vision with pragmatic delivery constraints. Your collaborative mindset, coupled withstrong personal accountability, allows you to navigate complex organizational landscapes withconfidence. You excel at influencing stakeholders and communicating complex concepts withclarity and precision.

We are looking for candidates who meet these requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field(or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or large-scaletransformation roles within global organizations
Proven track record defining and delivering target architectures for complex transformationinitiatives across business, application, data, and technical domains
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), governancemodels, and operating models
TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture certification
Fluency in English (written and spoken)

These are additional nice to haves:
Experience in re/insurance or financial services
Strong grasp of business capability modeling, application landscape modernization, dataarchitecture, cloud/platform, and AI strategies
Experience working in matrixed, global environments with senior stakeholder exposure
Clear and compelling communication skills, both written and verbal
Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex organizational landscapes
Our company has a hybrid work model where the expectation is that you will be in the office atleast three days per week
