Job Title: Sr Executive/ Asst Manager Supplier Development-Sourcing

Years of experience: 5 to 10 Years

On a typical day you will:

• Study, understand & implement change management request.
• Conduct PPAP planning with suppliers & Part development.
• Work closely with CFT for part deviation & resolution.
• Recommendation for area of improvement/focus to commodity managers (Wiring Harness, Cables, other electrical/electronic parts)
• Plan for validation of Wiring Harness nail board, tester & crimp qualification at supplier’s end.
• Supplier CFT for samples development & Inhouse qualification process.
• Plan for monthly supplier audits & report out along with Supplier Quality.
• Plan to improve higher PPM suppliers & action plan.
• Execution of failure analysis at supplier end & RRCA.
• Support commodity manager in supplier rationalization, localization & value engineering actions.
• Ensure you are knowledgeable about the supply market, new innovations, supplier capabilities, technology & manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to key deliverable & task management.
• Clear & concise written and verbal communication
• Strong organizational skill & ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently & collaborate across CFT

What you will need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (electrical or electronic )
• Experinec in sourcing for Electrical or Electronics components
• Experience in Wiring harness, Sheet metals & other electromechanical parts manufacturing & development process.
• Diversified knowledge in new product development process, Change management, APQP, PPAP & other QC tools.
• Proficient in excel, power points & capable of working with large datasets.

Good to Have:

• Experience in Wiring Harness & automotive manufacturing industry a plus.
• ISO 9001:2015 certified/trained
