What You'll Do:

• Design and implement large-scale, distributed systems and microservices architectures
• Lead full-stack development initiatives across multiple technology platforms and application tiers
• Mentor and guide engineering teams on best practices, design patterns, and technical excellence
• Drive cloud-native and DevOps initiatives to enhance system scalability and reliability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Establish and maintain code quality standards, testing frameworks, and development best practices
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technology strategy for enterprise applications
• Ensure security, compliance, and performance optimization across all systems

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years of proven experience in architecture, design, and development of software systems at enterprise scale
• Hands-on full-stack development experience across a variety of technologies and platforms across all application tiers
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement large-scale, distributed systems

Programming Languages & Frameworks:

• Java - Advanced enterprise application development
• Node.js - Scalable web technologies and server-side development
• React.js - Modern frontend development and component architecture
• REST API Development - Microservices and API-first design
• Microservices Architecture - Design patterns and implementation strategies

Cloud-Native & DevOps:

• Cloud Platforms - Extensive experience with AWS and Azure
• Kubernetes - Container orchestration and cluster management
• Docker - Containerization strategies and deployment
• Git - Advanced version control and collaborative development workflows
• CI/CD Pipelines - Automated deployment and integration practices

Authentication & Security:

• SAML/OIDC - Identity and access management protocols
• Okta Integration - Modern identity systems and single sign-on implementations
• Enterprise Security - Security best practices and compliance frameworks

Database Technologies:

• NoSQL Databases - MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
• Relational Databases - PostgreSQL, SQL Server
• Database Architecture - Design, optimization, and scaling strategies

Additional Preferred Skills:

• Mobile Development - Experience with mobile and responsive web development
• Integration Platforms - Enterprise integration patterns and middleware
• Performance Optimization - System tuning and scalability enhancements

Technical Excellence:

• Expertise with current software design principles and architectural concepts
• Proven track record of building highly scalable, cloud-native microservices applications
• Exceptional problem-solving, analysis, design, and testing skills
• Strong commitment to code quality, testing, and maintainable software

Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Comprehensive experience with entire software development lifecycle (Agile, SDLC, Iterative)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Flexibility and positive attitude to achieve tight deadlines and rapidly adapt to changing environments and priorities

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• Industry Certifications - Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect)
• Technical Certifications - Kubernetes, Java, or other relevant technology certifications
