Description
We are seeking enthusiastic & technically savvy professionals to support the current team with the execution and management of engagements in our current and future Client portfolio.
•Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining GRC platform modules (Risk Management, Incident Management, Compliance Management, etc.).
•Support the development and testing of automated workflows and reporting in the GRC platform.
•Perform platform health checks and ensure alignment with GRC framework requirements.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements for workflow enhancement and reporting needs.
•Maintain platform documentation, workflows, and integration records.
•Assist in integrating GRC platform with other enterprise tools to enable data sharing and analytics.
•Provide first-level troubleshooting support for GRC users and escalate complex issues to senior analysts or platform vendors.
•Participate in continuous platform updates and enhancements as per organizational needs.

- Highly Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Critical thinking, including questioning, digestion, thought process, and documentation of same.
- Acute attention to detail.
- Exceptional time management, including speed and ownership to drive closure and seek solutions.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities.
Additional Qualification:
- Prior consulting experience with big 4 or large clientele is preferable.
