The Senior Manager – Business Development (AI Offering) is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving enterprise pipeline generation for Mindtickle’s AI-led products. This individual will architect and execute outbound strategies, build and scale a high-performing BDR team, and partner closely with cross-functional leaders to establish a strong market presence. The role requires a balance of vision, execution rigor, and the ability to scale from early traction to predictable growth.
Please note - This is a night shift position supporting all US time zones.What's in it for you?
Own and define outbound GTM strategy for AI-led use cases across enterprise segments (primarily US markets)
Build early-stage pipeline from scratch, driving experimentation across channels, messaging, and targeting
Develop and refine ICP, segmentation, and signal-based outreach strategies
Create differentiated messaging and positioning for a new AI category
Design, test, and scale outbound playbooks based on data and early traction
Hire, coach, and lead a team of BDRs, setting high-performance benchmarks
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align on GTM priorities
Leverage AI and modern tools to drive personalization and outbound efficiency at scale
Establish metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to track pipeline quality and conversion
We’d love to hear from you, if you:
8–12+ years of experience in Business Development / Inside Sales, with at least 4+ years in a team leadership role
Proven track record of building and scaling enterprise outbound pipeline, preferably for US markets
Experience working in SaaS, AI, or emerging technology environments
Demonstrated ability to build from 0→1 and operate effectively in ambiguous environments
Strong understanding of modern outbound strategies (intent signals, personalization, multi-channel sequencing, AI tools)
Experience in hiring, mentoring, and scaling high-performing BDR teams
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into action
