Job Title : Senior Manager - Master Scheduler

What You Will Do :

• Lead and manage a team of master schedulers, ensuring adherence to MPS policies, procedures, and compliance standards across all portfolios.
• Own the long-range MPS plan and drive alignment between supply and financial commitments after each SIOP cycle.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Program Management to identify, escalate, and resolve capacity and material constraints impacting the MPS plan.
• Establish and enforce data governance standards to ensure MPS data integrity, audit readiness, and reporting accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement in MPS processes, standardizing approaches across portfolios in support of the broader SIOP Transformation initiative.
• Develop and deliver reporting and analysis that provides visibility into plan health, constraint status, and demand alignment for leadership review.
• Conduct regular reviews of Mater Scheduler performance and MPS health, identifying gaps and driving corrective action.
• Facilitate constraint resolution meetings with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Program Management, SIOP Lead, and Demand to close gaps in the MPS plan.
• Monitor and enforce policy and procedure compliance across the team, identifying training needs and closing knowledge gaps.
• Identify risk to the MPS plan integrity and escalate early to leadership with recommended mitigation actions.

Qualifications You Must Have :

• 15+ years of direct experience in production planning, scheduling, or materials management
• Previous experience in master scheduling with high mix and low volume
• CPIM certified
• 1-2 years of experience managing a team
• Proficiency in complex ERP systems
• Bachelor degree in Operations, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or similar

Qualifications We Prefer:

• SAP, Kinaxis experience
• Power BI Data analytics
